I am responsible for the development and growth of my successful Agency in Southern California. I recruit, train, motivate and develop leaders in the industry. My vision is to build out pockets of experts in all of our product lines including Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance and Retirement. Your training begins with a personal mentor that will give you the time and support necessary to build your skills. You will learn the insurance business, the different product types and how they are used to provide your clients the protection they need. You will be taught how to effectively build a client base so that you can support them as their needs change over time. You will receive in person training on each carrier and each product that you will represent and you will have access to online training tools to increase your productivity.
