Inspired by the Chifa culinary fusion of Peruvian and Chinese cuisines brought to Peru by the influx of East Asian immigrants in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, VOX Kitchen was born from the sincere belief in bridging different communities through food. We are excited to serve the Costa Mesa community with our 2nd location! VOX Kitchen & Bar celebrates cultural fusion with modern Pan-Asian cuisine inspired by the Chifa culinary movement, a Peruvian-Chinese fusion born from East Asian immigration.
