  Megan Doonan

  Megan Doonan is known throughout the Southern California area as a professional and caring mortgage consultant who serves her clients with integrity and a particular eye for detail. Her clients are provided with the right loan every time thanks to her desire to thoroughly understand their financing needs and her willingness to sit down with each client to take the time to know them. Genuine relationships are at the heart of her business; some of her client relationships go back as far as 1997 when she entered the mortgage business. She has closed close to 1,100 loans in her career for a wide range of clients and has seen almost every scenario imaginable. She handles the most challenging borrower situations and tightest deadlines with an “all in” spirit of hard work for her clients. Mortgage Originator Magazine ranked Megan as a Top Rookie of the Year in 2004. Huntington Beach, Megan’s hometown, is one of Orange County’s many housing sub-climates that require a special understanding of the real estate and mortgage landscape. Thanks to her involvement in and understanding of this beachfront community, Megan expertly executes mortgage transactions for the variety of properties and homeowners throughout the region. When Megan is not originating loans, she spends time with her husband and daughter in Huntington Beach. She loves the ocean and spending time in her community with her friends and family.
